Most people get a kick out of reading blogs. There is a blog for anything these days, but how much content should you put in your blog? How many words are too many words? These are things that have a person hesitant about posting their blog. Take this as a suggestion; people do not like it when they have to sit through paragraphs of content before they get to the answer.

Of course, each post is going to vary, but there should be some limit to the madness. When you get sick of typing yourself, which might just be an indicator that you are saying too much. There are some more in depth topics that just can't be avoided especially if you are blogging about science or mathematics, but when it comes to simple current event issues there are ways to keep it short. Time is of the essence, but is still something that most people do not have many of these days.

So, how do shorten what you have to say? Allow me to give you a few tips. First of all, say what you have to say. Don't flower the subject just be blunt about it. It's a true fact that most people take up more precious space trying to expand one simple sentence than just typing the darn thing out as the thought crosses their mind.

When you have ideas that don't need explaining, just use bullet points. This allows your readers to find what is important. If it's a list of things to do just point them out saying here are the tips 1,2 and 3. Nothing more is needed. Unless you are making more informational like this one then people will get the gist.

For those long and drug out bits that you feel your bloggers might want to know, keep them in suspense. Make it a two part post. Some of you post problem and answer posts all at the some time. One of the posts can focus on the pros of a specific topic. Next time, do the cons. It keeps your bloggers more tentative and gives them a reason to come back.

Then, you have your last type of blogger who are just looking for plain and simple answers. When you have a bold point that you want to make then just make the text bigger or put it in blog. Let it stand out on the screen and they will be happy. People don't have all the time in the world to scroll. Using these tips, you might just increase your traffic flow and not bore the people with bloggers ramble.
